Scott Blake Harris Joins Lerman Senter as Counsel

Scott Blake Harris, the Managing Partner of Crest Hill Advisors LLC, has now also joined Lerman Senter PLLC as Counsel to the firm. Scott is a telecommunications industry veteran and has long been a leader of the regulatory bar. At a time when the domestic and international wireless, telecommunications and energy industries are experiencing rapid change, Scott will significantly deepen and broaden the firm’s ability to anticipate and serve clients’ developing needs.

Scott has been a founder, managing partner and partner at major law firms and telecommunications practices for over four decades. From 2022 to 2024, he served as the Senior Spectrum Advisor and Director of the National Spectrum Strategy at the National Telecommunications and Information Administration. He previously served as General Counsel of the Department of Energy, as the first Chief of the International Bureau at the Federal Communications Commission, and as Chief Counsel for Export Administration at the Department of Commerce. While at DOE, Scott also served as Co-Chair of the Broadband Subcommittee of the White House National Science and Technology Council.
