Rebecca Jacobs Goldman Joins Lerman Senter

Lerman Senter PLLC has announced that Rebecca Jacobs Goldman has joined the firm.

Rebecca’s experience and practice cover transactional and operational matters for a diverse array of clients, including media, broadband, telecom, and cable companies. Rebecca also has extensive experience advising clients on cable copyright, E-rate, fiber leasing arrangements, and privacy and data security matters, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act. Rebecca is known for leveraging her deep industry knowledge in the communications regulatory space with a flexible, forward-thinking approach to counseling clients on navigating new markets and expanding their businesses.
