Erin Kim advises media and other telecommunications clients on transactional and FCC regulatory matters. She has extensive experience designing and structuring transactions to comply with both business and regulatory objectives, drafting and negotiating agreements, and leading clients through the regulatory approval processes.
Erin has worked closely with clients on all types of operational agreements, including network affiliation agreements, programming agreements, local marketing agreements and services agreements. Erin also regularly guides clients on FCC licensing and compliance matters.
Erin’s deep understanding of the media and telecommunications industries stretches back to college, where she graduated with a concentration in Mass Communications, and to law school, where she worked as an intern in the FCC Chairman’s office. Her early interest grew into an award-winning career as she engaged with the FCC and worked with a wide variety of industry clients. Erin has spent her entire career of more than 15 years at Lerman Senter counseling and representing media and other telecommunications clients.
