Noncommercial FM New Station Application Window to Open in November

Applicants may file for noncommercial educational (NCE) FM new station construction permits during a one-week window that will open on November 2, 2021. The window will be limited to FM reserved band applications.

The FCC is limiting the number of applications that can be filed by a single applicant to 10. Any party to an application filed during the window can hold an attributable interest in no more than 10 applications.

More details about filing procedures will be issued by the FCC as the November window approaches.
