Lerman Senter PLLC has announced that Mark J. Palchick has joined the firm, bringing his more than 40 years of experience representing domestic and international cable operators and programmers; other communications companies, as well as E-Rate providers and applicants to one of the nation’s leading communications law firms.
Mark’s experience and practice cover a full range of regulatory, transactional and operational issues for companies in the communications industry. His primary focus is assisting cable television operators and programming providers with regulatory, transactional and intellectual property matters. Mark regularly counsels clients on FCC and international copyright regulations, programming and distribution agreements, interconnection agreements, submarine cable licenses, and E-rate funding.

Prior to joining Lerman Senter, Mark was a partner at Womble Bond Dickinson - US in Washington, DC. Mark was also an adjunct professor of Communications Law at the Pennsylvania State Law School.
