Lerman Senter Names Paul Cicelski New Member

Lerman Senter PLLC is proud to announce that Paul A. Cicelski has been named a Member of the firm, effective January 1, 2018.

Cicelski’s practice covers the full range of communications and media industry issues. He provides strategic representation to TV and radio broadcasters, programmers, technology providers, cable and satellite companies, lenders, and a wide-variety of other communications businesses. Cicelski regularly counsels media clients on state and federal regulatory compliance matters, including requirements affecting media sales, political advertising, contests and promotions, programming content, ownership attribution, licensing, and spectrum management issues. He also has significant litigation experience in state and federal courts and advocates for clients in Congressional legislative matters.

Prior to joining Lerman Senter, Cicelski practiced at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP in Washington, DC. He is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences on a wide variety of media and communications industry issues.
