
Lerman Senter is pleased to announce that Brett Heather Freedson was named a Member of the firm on July 1, 2022.
Freedson joined Lerman Senter in January 2021 as Counsel. She advises utility companies on a broad portfolio of regulatory issues that are unique to their operations, including pole attachment, wireless spectrum, and TCPA issues. Brett also assists infrastructure providers with transactional matters related to broadband and 5G deployment projects. Brett has represented utility associations and individual companies in various proceedings before the FCC.
