Lerman Senter Announces New Counsel and Associate

Lerman Senter is pleased to announce that Steve Berman has joined the firm as Counsel and Shannon Sylvester has joined the firm as an Associate.

Berman is a skilled communications law attorney with over twenty years of experience. His practice focuses on regulatory, licensing, and spectrum policy issues faced by satellite, wireless and telecommunications providers. Over his career, Berman has represented and advised his clients on a wide range of complex proceedings at the FCC.

Sylvester specializes in data protection, privacy, cybersecurity, CFIUS, and artificial intelligence (AI) matters that impact companies in the technology and communications industries. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) with the International Association of Privacy Professionals. Before joining Lerman Senter, she worked for the Department of the Treasury and the Federal Trade Commission.
