KidVid Reports and Commercial Limits Certifications Due January 30, 2024

Annual children’s television programming (“KidVid”) reports are due by January 30, 2024. Each commercial full power and Class A broadcast television station is required to file a report in the FCC’s Licensing and Management System (LMS) with information about the children’s programming the station aired between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023.

Each station is also required to upload an annual commercial limits certification to its online public inspection file by January 30, 2024.

Stations that fail to timely file children’s television reports or upload commercial limits certifications can face delays and fines during license renewals.
