KidVid Reports and Commercial Limits Certifications Due by January 30, 2026

Annual children’s television programming (“KidVid”) reports and commercial limits certifications are due by January 30, 2026.

Each commercial full power and Class A broadcast television station must file a KidVid report in the FCC’s Licensing and Management System (LMS) with information about the children’s programming the station aired between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025.

Each station is also required to upload an annual commercial limits certification to its online public inspection file by January 30, 2026.

Stations that do not file children’s television reports or upload commercial limits certifications on time can face delays and fines during license renewals.
