FCC Broadcast Ownership Reports Due Between October 1 and December 1, 2021

On October 1, 2021, the FCC will open the filing window for broadcasters to file their 2021 biennial ownership reports. The deadline to file the reports is December 1, 2021.

Licensees of commercial and non-commercial full power television, Class A television, low power television, and AM and FM radio stations are required to file biennial ownership reports in odd-numbered years. Information contained in this year’s reports must be current as of October 1, 2021.

An online public information session will be held on October 5, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at www.fcc.gov/live and https://www.youtube.com/user/fccdotgovvideo. FCC staff will present an overview of the standardized forms used to file ownership reports.
