FCC Attorney Advisor, Sherry Ross, Joins Lerman Senter

Lerman Senter is pleased to announce that former FCC Attorney Advisor Sherry Ross joined the firm as an Associate on April 15.

Ross joins the firm from the Federal Communications Commission, where she served since 2020 as an Attorney Advisor in both the Wireline Competition Bureau and the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau. While at the FCC, she worked on a wide variety of programs essential to broadband and mobile wireless access for consumers, most notably taking a lead role in implementing the FCC’s Affordable Connectivity Program and overseeing NEPA and NHPA compliance for wireless licensees. Prior to joining the FCC, Ross worked at the Universal Service Administrative Company in the Office of the General Counsel and at the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.
