FCC 2026 Regulatory Fees Are Due September 24, 2026

The FCC has announced that Fiscal Year 2026 regulatory fees are due by September 24, 2026. Payments received after 11:59 PM Eastern on that date will be subject to an automatic 25% late fee and interest charges, and failure to pay will result in “red-light” status with the FCC.

Regulatory fee payments must be initiated using CORES. VoIP providers, common carriers, wireless licensees, broadcasters, satellite companies, and other FCC licensees can check CORES to see their FY 2026 assessments.
