Deadline Watch - FCC Form 395 is Due June 1, 2026

Common carrier licensees with sixteen (16) or more full-time employees must file the FCC Form 395 Common Carrier Annual Employment Report by May 31^st each year. As May 31^st falls on a Sunday, this year’s filing deadline is Monday, June 1, 2026. Licensees falling below the sixteen (16) full-time employee threshold do not have to file the FCC Form 395; however, such licensees may complete Section I, IV, and V of the form to comply with their complaints reporting obligations.

Employment data being filed must reflect the employment figures from any one payroll period in January, February, or March, but the same payroll period should be used each year.

FCC Form 395 filings must be made in WC Docket No. 16-233 using the Commission’s Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS).
