David Burns Joins Lerman Senter

Lerman Senter has announced that David Burns has joined the firm, bringing his more than 30 years of experience representing communications and media companies to one of Washington, DC’s leading communications law firms.

David’s experience and practice cover the full range of communications and media industry issues. His primary focus is on regulatory and transactional matters facing the broadcast, cable and satellite industries, including representation of clients before the Federal Communications Commission and other federal agencies. David regularly counsels clients on compliance with regulatory requirements affecting station sales, programming content, political advertising, ownership attribution, station licensing and operations, and spectrum management.

Prior to joining Lerman Senter, David practiced at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP in Washington, DC. He is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences on a wide variety of media and communications industry issues.
