EAS Test Reporting System (ETRS) Form One Due October 30, 2026

The EAS Test Reporting System (ETRS) is continuing to accept Form One filings that are due by October 30, 2026. It is mandatory for EAS Participants to update their information using Form One.

Form One is the first of three forms that EAS Participants, including most broadcast stations, are required to file in connection with testing of the nationwide EAS system to evaluate its ability to distribute emergency alerts to the entire country. ETRS Form One collects basic identifying information (such as contact person at the station and model of EAS equipment used) before the nationwide EAS test is conducted. The next nationwide EAS test will be on November 17, 2026.

Form Two, which reports day-of-test data, is due by November 19, 2026, and Form Three, which provides detailed post-test data, is due by January 4, 2027.

Filers can access ETRS by visiting https://www.fcc.gov/general/eas-test-reporting-system.
