FCC Sets Comment and Reply Dates for Broadcast Ownership Rulemaking

The Federal Communications Commission has released a Public Notice setting the dates for Comments and Reply Comments on its Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in the 2022 Quadrennial Review. Comments are due on December 17, 2025, and Reply Comments are due on January 16, 2026.

As we discussed in our summary of the draft NPRM, the FCC is requesting comments on the Local Radio Ownership Rule, the Local Television Ownership Rule, and the Dual Network Rule.
