Lerman Senter Attorneys to Speak at Utilities Technology Council’s Telecom & Technology Conference

Lerman Senter attorneys David Rines, Kevin Cookler, and Brett Heather Freedson will speak on several topics at the Utilities Technology Council’s Telecom & Technology Conference in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, June 5-9, 2023. David will present on “Radio Frequency Exposure and Worker Safety” and “Pole Attachments and Colocation in a 5G and Small Cell World.” Kevin will discuss “What’s the Frequency? Spectrum Availability for Utilities and Spectrum Policy Update” and “Regulatory Update on FCC Wireless Siting Policy.” Brett will present on “Regulatory Issues When Providing Broadband Services” and “Anyone Got a Map? How to Navigate Utility Master Agreements.”
