Lerman Senter Attorneys To Speak at UTC Telecom & Technology 2022

Lerman Senter attorneys David Rines, Kevin Cookler, and Brett Heather Freedson will speak on several topics at the Utilities Technology Council’s Telecom & Technology conference in Oklahoma City, OK, May 16-20, 2022. David will present on a number of topics, including “Wireless Deployments on Streetlights and Other Utility Infrastructure,” and “What’s the Frequency? Spectrum Availability for Utilities and Spectrum Policy Update.” Kevin will participate on a panel discussion entitled “Regulatory Issues For Providing Broadband” and will also present on “Regulatory Update on FCC Wireless Infrastructure Siting Policy.” Brett will present on “Regulatory Issues for Pole Attachments.”
