FCC Broadcast Ownership Reports Due Between October 2 and December 1, 2023

On October 2, 2023, the FCC will open the filing window for broadcasters to file their 2023 biennial ownership reports. The deadline to file the reports is December 1, 2023.

Licensees of commercial and non-commercial full power television, Class A television, low power television, and AM and FM radio stations are required to file biennial ownership reports in odd-numbered years. Information in this year’s reports must be current as of October 1, 2023.
