Grant Lukas’s core legal background is in telecommunications law. Grant spent a summer as an associate with a telecommunications law firm, gaining experience in client advocacy before the Federal Communications Commission. He spent a semester interning with the Federal Communications Commission’s Wireline Competition Bureau as a member of its Competition Policy Division. While a student at Georgetown University Law Center, Grant took classes in communications law and policy, cyber law, and internet privacy. He was an executive member of Georgetown’s Entertainment and Media Law Journal.
Grant joined Lerman Senter after gaining additional legal experience in patent prosecution and litigation, assisting clients in the pharmaceutical and biosimilar industries to acquire patent protection and defend their patent rights.
