Ms. Gleber focuses her practice on communications law with a special emphasis on digital media technology transactions for broadcast clients. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating technology service and licensing agreements, privacy law compliance counseling and FCC regulatory counseling. She was a presenter for the Public Broadcasting Management Association's seminar, “Your Public File and New FCC Regulations” in April 2008.
Prior to joining Lerman Senter, Ms. Gleber worked for more than 3 years at a large DC law firm, focusing on a variety of telecommunications issues. Prior to attending law school, she worked for 2 years in the Intellectual Property department of a large New York law firm as a paralegal, specializing in trademark and copyright registration and maintenance.
Ms. Gleber graduated cum laude from Boston University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Broadcasting and Film and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She earned her J.D. from George Washington University Law School, and while there served on the staff of the Public Contracts Law Journal from 1998-2000.
