Member S. Jenell Trigg presented a Top Ten list of ways to comply with the FCC’s EEO rules during the January 4, 2012 FCC EEO Summit. S. Jenell, who worked on EEO rulemakings and enforcement as an FCC staffer, now regularly counsels broadcasters on EEO matters.
