The DTV Delay Act, which extends the date of the DTV transition from February 17, 2009 to June 12, 2009, is expected to be signed into law shortly. The Act allows stations to terminate their analog service and transition to digital prior to the June 12th date, and the FCC has released a public notice detailing procedures that stations must follow if they wish to do so.
