Lerman Senter filed Comments on December 22, 2009 and Reply Comments on January 27, 2010 on behalf of eight television broadcasters regarding the FCC's Public Notice seeking input on the current and future use of the broadcast TV spectrum. These filings provide a detailed showing that the scope of the alleged "spectrum crisis" asserted by wireless mobile carriers has not been adequately demonstrated.
