S. Jenell Trigg, a Member of Lerman Senter, will be moderating a luncheon panel on November 20th entitled “Universal Broadband: A Top Priority for the Obama Administration.” The panel will feature a diverse selection of government, entrepreneurial, and legal experts in a discussion of President Obama’s policy to spur deployment of broadband services to all Americans by implementing federal stimulus grants and loans to bring service to underserved and unserved communities, promoting private and public partnerships, and eliminating market entry barriers and regulatory obstacles that impede small, minority- and women-owned businesses seeking to compete in the wireless industry.
