We are seeking an attorney with 2-4 years experience in media law, with focus on internet media and digital music licensing. Applicants should have experience with new media contracts, including internet content acquisition and distribution agreements, internet and website technology vendor agreements, and other website issues such as trademark, copyright, and privacy concerns. Key requirements include knowledge of, and experience in, the music licensing landscape, including Sound Exchange and Performing Rights Organization licensing, excellent contract drafting skills, and familiarity with internet issues such as Privacy, Terms of Use, and DMCA/Copyright policies. Strong law firm training and experience with internet and new media businesses helpful. Current, valid Bar license required.
