Lerman Senter co-sponsored the 4th Annual ABA/FCBA seminar on privacy and data security for media and communications companies on March 19, 2009. S. Jenell Trigg, a Member of Lerman Senter, is a founding co-chair of this seminar and participated in the program as a moderator. Presentations included information on compliance with the FTC’s new Red Flag Rules, which are effective May 1, 2009, and apply to entities that accept deferred payments for services or goods.
