- Represented winning applicant in an FCC proceeding in which 23 parties competed for a full-power television station in Miami, Florida
- Successfully took the FCC to court to vindicate a religious television broadcasting network from allegations that it was not a qualified license holder
- Secured virtually immediate reversal of an FCC decision adverse to Radio Officers Union by filing suit against numerous agencies of the U.S. government in U.S. District Court challenging authority of FCC to restrict union members rights during the Persian Gulf War
