Lerman Senter PLLC is pleased to announce that Erin Kim has been named a member of the firm and that Laura Berman has been hired as an associate at the firm. Erin joined Lerman Senter as an associate in 2003. She has substantial experience handling all aspects of complex transactions for media companies, including designing and structuring deals to comply with clients’ business and regulatory objectives. Erin also assists media companies in drafting and negotiating operational arrangements, and advises clients on day-to-day licensing and regulatory compliance matters. Erin is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center. Laura was named an associate last September after having worked for Lerman Senter as a paralegal and law clerk since 2003. Laura graduated with honors in 2011 from The George Washington University Law School, where she served as an Articles Editor for the American Bar Association’s Public Contracts Law Journal and was a Dean’s Fellow in the Legal Research and Writing Program.
