for which the FCC has no record of the filing of a biennial ownership report (FCC Form 323) by the July&nbsp;8, 2010 deadline established last year.&nbsp; In some cases, letters were sent to current station licensees that did not acquire their interests until after the effective date of the reports, which was November&nbsp;1, 2009.&nbsp; Copies of the letters were not sent to station
