The Media Bureau has announced a freeze on the filing of FM commercial and noncommercial educational minor change applications during the Auction 91 Form 175 application filing window, which opens on January 31, 2011 and closes on February 10, 2011.  The Media Bureau also announced a freeze, effective immediately, on the filing of applications proposing to modify the reference coordinates of any of the 144 vacant, non-reserved band FM allotments scheduled for auction in Auction 91, or petitions for rulemaking or counterproposals that propose a change in channel, class, community, or reference coordinates of any of those allotments.  This freeze will automatically terminate the day after the filing deadline for Auction 91 long-form applications.  A list of the FM allotments scheduled for auction in Auction 91 is available here.
